Ezekiel Airship

In 1901, a preacher-inventor built an airship based on the Biblical book of Ezekiel. It was destroyed in a rail accident on its way to the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair. A historical marker is at the original Fulton Street building site. A full-size replica of the airship is at the Northeast Texas Rural Heritage Center & Museum.
