The museum is housed in a restored 1886 home, built partly with timber salvaged from a home in Indianola destroyed by the hurricane of 1886. It features rotating exhibits, plus period furnishings, documents, ranch and home articles.
Open 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. Tue., 9 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m. Fri., and 2-5 p.m. Sun.
