J. GRIFFIS SMITH/TXDOT

This building was built in 1903 with funds from the Carnegie Foundation, and it is the oldest Carnegie Library in Texas. Completely restored, it now houses the Carnegie Center of Brazos Valley History.

Open 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Tue. and Thu., and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Wed. and Fri.
