Black Gap Wildlife Management Area

The 100,000 acres are devoted to the management study of native wildlife. Visitors are welcome, though formal tours are not available. Permit hunting and fishing are allowed in the Rio Grande at specified times. Camping area is for authorized hunters and fishermen only.
