Festival offers outdoor movies Friday and Saturday nights, a juried art show, reduced museum admission, culinary showcase, children's area, live entertainment, dancing water shows, art cars and more. Hours are 6-10 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. Fair Park, 1121 First Ave.
