This residence was built in 1850 for Charles Stillman, founder of
Brownsville. The Brownsville Heritage Museum has a collection of pictures of
Brownsville from the Spanish arrival to modern times. The Heritage Resource
Center offers local history of the lower Rio Grande Valley. Open 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
