Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Ryan Harkrider has headed up projects in music and film for almost a decade, working as a performer, composer, songwriter, and recording artist. His diverse resume spans all styles and genres with gigs writing music for film soundtracks, musicals, choirs and rock and roll bands. Ryan has quickly become a staple act of the Austin music scene, a spot recently reaffirmed with the release of his solo alt/rock album, Days Like This. This collection of songs showcases his musical talent through his captivating lyrics and clever songwriting. Ryan lives in Austin, where you can catch a show with him and his band, The Nightowls. 

You can also see him on Texas on Tour from July 27 – July 31, August 11 – August 21, 2011, and September 3 - September 5,  2011.
