Chronicles the growth and development of the Army in San Antonio from 1845 to the present. Exhibits depict important events and some of the distinguished Americans who lived here, including John J. Pershing and Dwight D. Eisenhower. Featured are the Buffalo Soldiers, the Rough Riders and the Birth of Military Aviation. Self-guided tour maps of the historic sites on post are available. Open 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Wed.–Sun. Free.
