Established in 1896, this is one of the largest manufacturers of glazed
pottery in the United States. The museum features the history of the facility
for the past 100 years, and it shows pottery as an art form in a video
presentation of the entire process. Other exhibits include an antique pottery
wheel and photographs from the pottery's beginning. At the main showroom 2.5
miles southeast of Marshall on F.M. 31, see hundreds of pots, bowls, plaques and
figurines. Enjoy demonstrations of pottery-making and firing; greenhouse. Open 9
a.m.–6 p.m. Mon.–Sat. and 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Sun. Reservations accepted for camping.
