Species of fish, amphibians, reptiles and rodents are displayed in indoor aquaria and terraria. Open 8 a.m.–5 p.m. during the college's class days and 9 a.m.–noon Sat. Admission charge. An elaborate Catholic church, completed in 1954, included many imported objects of art. It was destroyed by fire after an airplane crash in 1970. A wooden statue of Our Lady of San Juan was, however, undamaged. Ten years later the small statue was placed in a shrine built mostly from small contributions. 400 N.
