Hall of South Texas History has displays of Native American, Spanish, Mexican
and pioneer Texan cultures; ranching and agricultural equipment, railroads and
land promotion. Includes gallery of changing exhibits.
Kleberg Hall of Natural History features plants and animals of South Texas in
natural habitats. Discovery Area has specimens for "hands-on" examination. Open
9 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Mon.–Sat. Free.
The Peeler Hall of Horns next door, features 264 mounts of North American
game. Open 1–5 p.m. Mon.–Sat. 905 W. Santa Gertrudis Ave. on the campus of Texas
A&M-Kingsville just west of Armstrong Street.
