This world-class facility in the heart of Fort Worth's Cultural District was
designed by internationally renowned architects Legorreta+Legorreta. Among the
exhibits are an energy gallery that merges science and the history of energy
production in North Texas, a Cattle Raisers Museum that offers a glimpse of
historic cattle trails, and a Fort Worth history gallery that presents dramatic,
true stories of the region.
The new Noble Planetarium transports guests to the edge of the universe. The
Studio Learning Galleries offer active learning opportunities, and the Fort
Worth Children's Museum invites children to play and explore their world through
interactive exhibits. Mysteries of the Texas Dinosaurs and DinoDig® introduce
guests to a world of paleontology that is uniquely Texan.
The museum also boasts an Omni Theater. Open 10 a.m.–5 p.m. daily. Admission
charge. Wheelchair accessible. 1600 Gendy St. in the Cultural District.
