This bilingual hands-on museum is in the heart of downtown just a short
distance from the Alamo. Designed as a walking tour of the city, children and
their families can check out more than 80 interactive exhibits. The museum also
hosts a number of ever-changing traveling exhibits. Open Sept.–Memorial Day 9
a.m.–noon Mon., 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Tue.–Fri., 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Sat. and noon–4 p.m. Sun.
