One of the first cultural gems in downtown Beaumont, the theater was named
best restoration by the Texas Downtown Association in 2004. Built in 1927, this
renovated vaudeville house hosts a variety of shows throughout the year. It was
featured on the National Register of Historic Places and designated as a
