Hidalgo County park at Anzalduas Dam on the Rio Grande offers rest rooms,
covered bird-observation pier, pavilion, boat dock and paved roads. Enjoy
picnicking in a shady wooded area. It is an excellent spot for butterfly and
bird watching. About three miles south, near La Lomita Chapel.
