This park includes two units on the lake. Doctor's Creek features 42
multi-use camping facilities with water and electricity, ADA-approved four-lane
boat ramp, hiking/biking trail, playground, sandy swimming beach, outdoor
amphitheater and 50-person capacity picnic pavilion. South Sulphur Unit on the
south side of the lake features similar amenities. Canoe rentals, horseback
riding (your horse) and equestrian camping available. From I-30, take Texas
50/24 north to Commerce, then follow Texas 24 north to Business Route 24 into
Cooper. Go 2.2 miles to F.M. 1529 and go south (or take a right) to the Doctor's
