This museum features the American-style water-pumping windmills. On 28 acres
in Yellow House Canyon. More than 150 rare and fully restored windmills are on
display in an interpretive center and on the grounds. Exhibits also include hand
pumps, models, photographs and other windmill artifacts. Center tells the story
of how the windmill settled the West, giving access to underground water on land
where there were no rivers, streams or lakes. Includes museum store. Open
