Ecological tour of the rugged Colorado River Canyon on Lake Buchanan in the
Texas Hill Country. Wildlife and scenery can be viewed from the all-weather
decks of the Texas Eagle II, a 70-foot enclosed three-deck, 200 passenger
vessel. April–June visitors see colorful Hill Country wildflowers, birds and
sheer cliffs along the rugged river. November–March is a wonderful time to see
one of the largest colonies of bald eagles that migrate to the state. March–May
is a combination scenic wilderness cruise with a tour of Fall Creek Winery.
