On Paint Rock Street on the Square, next to City Hall, this museum provides a
timeline of Concho County's development from early Native American presence,
through the influence of farming and ranching; and foundings of schools,
churches, post offices and businesses. Changing exhibits spotlight pioneer
families. Large area devoted to county's military veterans includes personal
histories and memorabilia. Open 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Sat. and 1–4 p.m. Sun. Group
