Brazos Valley Museum Of Natural History

The museum educates visitors about science, culture and natural history within the Brazos Valley and globally. It features exhibits of fossils, sculptures, antique farming and survey equipment, and more. The Discover Room has more than 15 varieties of live animals on display, including an active glass-front beehive and several interactive exhibits. Featured Attraction

Created in 1970, the University of Texas at Austin's Shakespeare at Winedale program presents performances in the Theatre Barn at the Winedale Historical Center. The last two weekends in July and the first two weekends in August, this program presents three Shakespeare plays in repertory, with performances Thursday through Sunday, including weekend matinees.
