At Texas A&M International University, the planetarium offers shows for
the entire family and operates a Digistar-3 system. All the sights and sounds
are created digitally. During shows, the dome is covered with breathtaking
images, and audiences are immersed in surround sound. Shows range from wild
rides through millions of stars and galaxies, to groovy trips through space
while jamming to classic rock, proving that science can be fun. Show times: 6
p.m. and 7 p.m. Fri. and 5 p.m.; 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Sat. Admission charge. 5201
