This museum in the Cornelson-Fehr house, built in 1850 and enlarged in 1854,
has manuscripts and miscellaneous frontier tools, artifacts, pictures, documents
and furnishings. The house is a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark. A 15-minute
video on the history of Bastrop also is offered. Open 1–5 p.m. Mon.–Fri. and 10
