Art Center Of Corpus Christi

Built in 1942 for the USO Club, the Art Center showcases work of local amateur and professional artists. In addition to the main gallery, which changes exhibits monthly, the 14,400-square-foot building houses four individual studios giving visitors a chance to view artists at work. Demonstrations and workshops are regularly scheduled. Open 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Tue.–Sun. Free. 100 N. Shoreline Blvd. 361/884-6406.
