Region: Panhandle Plains
This community was established in 1911 by rancher John Robinson Ralls, who
laid out the town on his 10,000-acre ranch, built homes and business houses, and
donated land for churches and schools. Today, the area produces cotton, wheat,
grain sorghum and vegetables.
