On U.S. 377 at junction with Texas 171 southwest of Fort Worth, the village was founded about 1887, named for official of Fort Worth & Rio Grande Railway Company. Stop by Grandma's Attic, featuring 14,000 square feet of history and fun with antiques, furniture, glassware, collectibles, art work, jewelry, coins and more, located just north of Cresson on U.S. 377.
